Our return policy allows for returns within 3 business days if the item is not properly packed, damaged during shipping, or not received as described on our website.
However, please note that any changes in the design or quality of the product made by the manufacturer are beyond our responsibility. We guarantee that our products are 100% original and box packed as we received them and as defined on our website at the time of dispatch/delivery.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original form (unused, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached), and include all accessories and manuals that came with it. All returned items undergo a quality check, and if the product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Processing e-vouchers or exchanges may take up to 15 working days from the time we receive the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service center i.e firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide pictorial Proof/ Images of the defective product by emailing us or by Whatsapp at within 48 hours.
For order cancellations, you can contact our Customer Services Team before the order is processed. If the order has already been processed, you will be notified via SMS/Email, and our 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply accordingly.
